public art and installations > Kehilla Community Synagogue

This permanent site-specific installation is part of a complete redesign of the synagogue interior. The art was created for the space with community input. The olive tree and wing imagery relate to important values in this progressive synagogue. The work changes in the various lighting environments and the hanging leaves shift as air currents move through the space. Materials include cutouts and acrylic on graphic film.
