DOILoveYou Bonnaroo
DOILove You Bonnaroo is a site-specific piece created for the Nashville International Airport. It is made of cutouts and acrylic on tyvek paper, a sturdy yet lightweight material. It is made all by hand, no lasers are involved. The circular forms refer to the Bonnaroo infinity symbol and the symmetrical circular cutouts are surrounded by flowing, waterlike, asymmetrical cutouts which create a sense of flow and contrast. The piece changes with the changing light giving the traveler a variety of experiences as they move through the space, coming and going.
